This blog series will record days in the life of postgraduate research students in archives around the world. Students will share their personal stories of working in specific archives. They will address the challenges and pleasures of archival research and what people should potentially expect from an archival trip. This series is meant to provide insight into what specific archives might offer researchers as well as what it is like to be a researcher in the archives. People who have not yet undergone an archive trip will find that this is a useful source of information on archives and how to be a researcher at an archive.
